Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIMES
Current processing time on orders is typically 5-7 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee USPS shipping times and it is not included in the processing time.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If any products are damaged during shipping, please reach out to hello@gratescents.com with a photo of the damage to have item(s) replaced.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost, please contact your local post office. If they cannot locate the package, reach out to us via hello@gratescents.com.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package. The customer will be responsible the reship cost.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
